FACTS ABOUT PHOTOGRAPHING young TWINS:
They're two different people and not likely to feel the same thing at the same time. Being twins, they literally double down on this - they make SURE you know! So if what a parent wants is everyone looking at the camera and feeling happy, you've got maybe a millisecond to grab it if you are lucky. I was super lucky and got a handful of milliseconds...
... but thankfully that wasn't the assignment because there is so much more happening here as M's family adjusts. Just watch M and B's hands as they comfort and validate whomever is feeling a little left out of the new family dynamic at that moment, always keeping her close.
Because these two toddler girls, just babies themselves, absolutely love their new baby brother so much! Its double love.
